| Complainant stated they had to pick up kid from school and there were multiple other children in the office needed to be picked up due to them being ill. The complainant was concerned it was what they had for breakfast that day and/or lunch the day prior at the school. PIC stated pre-cooked mini pancakes was served for breakfast on Monday. PIC stated Dominoes pizza was served on Friday. There were other complaints made from people who had had Dominoes pizza therefore further inspection into Dominoes will be conducted. PIC talked to nurse and stated that kids were being sent home in an abundance since before Friday, which was the source of our complaint. Symptoms included upset stomach, runny nose, and headache. A Food employee had called off sick on Friday and had not returned to work until today. Employee was properly excluded from work until symptoms were gone for 24 hours. |
