| Received complaint from two coworkers that ate here separately over the weekend and then became ill with vomiting soon after. They had both eaten the salsa, rice and beans. Made inspection and found no issues with hot, cold holding, date marking, employee illness, environmental contamination. Discussed procedures with manager. No violations noted at time of inspection. |
