Food employee was washing hands in the three bay sink. Food employee(s) not washing hands in approved handwashing sink or automatic handwashing facility.
3717-1-05.1(O)(1)/Using a handwashing sink - accessible at all times
Observed the handwashing sink covered by a filing cabinet at the time of inspection. Handwashing sink not accessible.
3717-1-04.4(F)(1)/Warewashing sinks - use limitation.
PIC stated they are washsing hands in the 3 bay sink. Employees washing hands in warewashing sink.
3717-1-04.2(B)(1)/Manual warewashing - three compartment sink required.
Observed the three comp sink to be full of dishes and other items at the time of inspection. Three-compartment sink not available for manually washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of utensils.
