| Complainant stated roaches were found under tray in the chow hall. Talked to the PIC about the complaint. PIC stated facility has a pest control company that comes once a week for routine treatment and inspection. PIC stated no sign of roaches were observed in the facility. A copy of the last inspection will be provided to the Health Department. Observed no sign of roaches at the time of inspection. No violation was noted. |
