3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed torn gaskets throughout the facility at the time of inspection. Specifically the prep cooler by the grill area and the small one door prep cooler by the pick up window. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed a build up of debris on the vent covers in the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Corrected During Inspection Observed mops being stored directly on the ground at the time of inspection. PIC hung them up to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.
