Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed 5 Pinto beans dented cans at the canned food area. PIC took them off the shelf. Food package(s) received in poor condition.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed 4 Earth's Best Organinc Infant Formula Woth Iron Milk Based Powder that expired on 03/28/20, 1 Enfamil Infant Formula Milk Based Powder with Iron that expired on 03/01/20 and 3 Enfagrow Premium Toddler Next Step Milk Drink that expired on 05/01/20 in the baby food area. PIC took them off the shelves. Food in an RFE must be embargoed due to adulteration, misbranding, or baby food or formula is expired.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Observed no thermometer in the reach in milk cooler by the produce area. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Observed dust accumulation on the fan covers of the produce walk in cooler, dairy walk in cooler and the meat walk in cooler. Observed rusty shelves in the deli walk in coolers. Shelves need replaced and fan covers need cleaned. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
