Comments
Complainant stated being at the facility and employees were not wearing gloves. Employee stated getting a ice cream cone and the employee that handed out the cone was not wearing gloves.
We talked to the manager about the complaint, and manager stated prior to Covid-19 employees were using napkins to hand out ice cream cones but since Covid-19 all employees are required to wear gloves when serving ice cream. Did not observed complainant statement at the time of inspection. Reviewed proper use of gloves and no bare hands contact with ready to eat food with PIC. No violation noted.
