Repeat Observed a build up of debris on the gaskets and doors of the coolers at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

| 3717-1-04.1(DD)/Warewashing machines - automatic dispensing of detergents and sanitizers. Observed the dishwasher to not be dispensing sanitizer at the time of inspeciton. Informed PIC to use the three bay to wash rinse and sanitize equipment and utensils until the dishwasher can be fixed. Warewashing machine does not automatically dispense detergent sanitizer and/or does not have a visual means to ensure detergent and sanitizer is automatically dispensed. Correct By: 03-Dec-2021 |
