Did not observe a thermometer in the upstairs kitchen. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

Observed build-up of debris in upstairs microwave, upstairs kitchen refrigerator, the ice maker and ice bin in the banquet kitchen, and the ice maker in the bar. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed dumpster missing a drain plug. No drain plugs in waste receptacle.

Observed build-up of debris on upstairs kitchen floor and wall behind fryer. Facility not maintained clean.
