Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed sticker residue on clean dishes. PIC took them to be recleaned. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.

3717-1-04.2(G)(1) / Food temperature measuring devices - availability
Corrected During Inspection Did not observe a thermometer in the small cooler undeneath the waffle maker. Observed the thermometer in the walk in cooler not accurate. PIC replaced it and put a thermometer in the small cooler. Food thermometer not readily accessible.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Observed torn gasket on the door of the walk in cooler and the dessert make table. Observed ice build up on the floor of the walk in freezer. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
