| Received a complaint stating that walk-in cooler was being used to harbor trash and recycling. Along with this, the complaint stated there were no lids on the food containers in the walk-in cooler along with the food not being date marked in the walk-in cooler. Did not observe trash or recycling items in the walk-in cooler during the time of inspection. Along with this, did not observe any food items that had been in the walk-in cooler for more than 24 hours to not have a date mark during the time of inspection. No violations observed during the time of inspection. |
