| Complainant stated there was hair in her bacon cheeseburger and fries, order #80, between 7p-7:30p. When they called the store the manager kept saying what do you want me to do about it. They asked for a corporate number to call but the manager said there is no corporate number. When they asked about hairnets or hats the manager stated they are suppose to wear a hat or visor but they don't always wear them. PIC stated anyone working with the food is required to wear a hat or visor. They are not a corporate store but they do have a 800 number customers can call and complain. At the time of inspection, the crew working on the food line had proper hair restraints on. |
