Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed italian subs, boiled eggs, meatball, open bags of cheese and noodles made on 4/10 without date marking. Observed noodles made on 4/9 without date marking. PIC date marked them. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked.

Observed no soap at handwashing sink in the kitchen.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Repeat Observed uncovered food items in the freezer. Improper storage of food items.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Observed dust build up on the vents cover of the 2 door reah in freezer and the walk in cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
