Observed torn gasket on both of the victory upright warmers on the left side of the line at the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Observed a slight accumulation of dust on the vent covers in the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.
