| 3717-1-04.4(A)(1)/Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment. Equipment and/or components not maintained. The warewashing machine is not working. PIC stated maintenance will be in monday to fix it. PIC stated dishes are done in the meantime using their 2 bay sinks. The facility is following their written procedure on how to use the 2 compartment sink. Dishes are washed and rinsed, then the sink is drained to set up the sanitizer solution before sanitizing the dishes. |
