| Complainant stated an employee has a long ponytail. The ponytail was swinging around touching clean cups and even the ice cream machine. The complainant visited on 10/20/16 at 8:00pm. Discussed the complaint with the manager. Team members have hair restrained. She will keep an eye on hair. I did not observe any team members with a long ponytail. |
