VII / Protection from Contamination
Observed there were not correct test strips and also the sanitizer in the 3 comp sink was not properly working.
See standard inspection.

PIC has employee health codes. All employees have a designated place to eat. Observed all employees were wearing gloves. Foods purchased from Gordon. PIC explained all reheated sauces or warmed to 165 degrees F. All food was separated and date marked accordingly. |
