Comments
Received a complaint stating that customer got sick after eating at facility. Along with this, complaint stated that employees were not wearing gloves or hairnets. During the time of inspection, I observed hot and cold holding temperatures to be correct. Along with this, I observed employees to be wearing gloves, hair nets, hats, and visors during the time of inspection. All hot and cold held food begins in the freezer, thaws in the cooler, is cooked to over 165 degrees, then placed in a hot or cold holding unit, respectively. Food is handled with utensils that are cleaned to sight and touch and cleaned every 4 hours.
