Corrected During Inspection Observed missing thermometers in several coolers in the kitchen. PIC put one inside each cooler. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Observed uncover food items in the coolers and freezers in the kitchen. Improper storage of food items.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Observed build up and debris in several coolers and freezers and in the gaskets in the kitchen. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Observed standing water by the dishwasher. Floor need repaired. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.
