Observed uncovered food items by the milshake station. Improper storage of food items.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed torn gasket on the door of the walk kin freezer. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Observed build up on the milshake machine. Obseved the ice cream, milshake and toppings area needing cleaning. Obsrved build up on the seals of the reach in cooler by the frying area and on the seal of the walk in cooler. Observed build up on the outside of the chocolate and caramel sauce containers by the frying station. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed a hand sink leaking at the front. Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired.

Repeat Observed the floor and walls in the facility needing cleaning. Facility not maintained clean.
