| Received complaint of kids in kitchen. Made unannounced inspection. No kids in kitchen. Cook said sometimes grandkids are there for a short while, but they are not allowed in the kitchen. Thought that when they are in the break room, it is in a hallway that might look like they are in the kitchen, but they are not. |
