3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Observed a handwashing sink without water at the required temperature.
To ensure proper cleaning of hands, a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F (thirty-eight degrees Celsius) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Correct By: 29-Jun-2018

Complainant stated that the deli and entire store does not have any hot water and that they haven't for approximately one month.

Observed no hot water in deli, bakery and produce departments. PIC is aware of situation and plumbers were in store working on the hot water issue at time of inspection.

The current action plan they have been following is by heating water with coffee machines to get dishwashing water to at least 110F. New hot water tank that arrived to be installed is wrong tank but plumber said he will get the remaining tank setup to deliver hot water to the deli, bakery and produce areas.
