[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Did not observe a date of expiration on a package of American cheese and turkey in the deli. The deli manager stated they were opened two days ago. The person-in-charge properly date marked the products. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods held refrigerated for more than 24 hours were not properly date marked.
To prevent foodborne illness, refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS food held at a temperature of 41°F or less for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked at the time of preparation or the time the original container is opened to indicate the date or day, that is a maximum of seven days, by which the food shall be consumed, sold, or discarded. The day the food is prepared or opened is day one.
3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a chemical spray bottle that was stored on a shelf with single service containers in the deli. The person-in-charge moved the chemical bottles. Observed improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials.
To prevent contamination, poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, or single-service or single-use articles by: 1) Separating the poisonous materials by spacing or partitioning; and 2) Locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles or single-use articles. .
3717-1-08.3(H) / Special requirements: bulk water machine criteria - Sampling
Critical Water dispensed from bulk water machine sample results were not retained at the facility. Please fax the most recent bacterial samples to the health department.
To prevent illness, the water dispensed from bulk water machines shall be sampled at least semi-annually for coliform bacteria. Sample results shall be retained at the FSO or RFE for review by the licensor.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
The sanitizer strips in the bakery was missing the guide to check the ppms of the sanitizer. There is no test kit available for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer.
To ensure proper sanitization, a test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in PPM (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed an accumulation of build-up on the bottom shelf of several self-service coolers (dairy and meat department). Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
3717-1-05.4(P) / Maintaining refuse areas and enclosures.
Observed an accumulation of cardboard pieces around the cardboard compactor.
A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained clean and free of unnecessary items.

Most recent water result was emailed to me October 20th, 2017. The water was tested on 4/11/2017- No Coliforms Detected.
