Corrected During Inspection Observed hand sink to not be running at the proper temperature during the time of inspection. Handwashing sink water below 100°F. The issue was fixed and hot water was restored to sink before leaving inspection.

3717-1-06.1(N) / Exterior walls and roofs - protective barrier.
Observed droppings in the storage area during the time of inspection. Perimeter walls and/or roof do not provide adequate protection from weather, insects, rodents, animals, etc.

3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Observed floors, walls, and ceilings to be damaged throughout the facility during the time of inspection. Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable.
