Repeat Observed build-up and sewage smell around the pop machine drain. PIC stated they have been working on keeping this clean. The drain is very hard to access.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.

| Complainant stated a smell was coming from the pop machine. Spoke the the manager about the complaint. About 2 1/2 weeks ago the tube drain was knocked off from the drain causing a sewage smell. The tube has been placed back in the drain. I opened the door and I could still smell a sewage smell. Bleach water has been poured down the drain. |
