Received a complaint that the complainant and their friend had suspected food poisoning after eating at the facility on 2/10/24. Complainant went to a medical center for treatment, but was not tested for foodborne illnesses. Complainant stated that they consumed wings, quesadillas, cheese sticks, ribs, and a cheeseburger at the facility. During the complaint inspection, temperatures and date marks were checked for all of the suspected food items and were observed to be within the required limits and times. The cooling log was also observed for the ribs and was within the required limits as well. No violations were observed at time of inspection in relation to the complaint.
