Critical Observed build up inside the ice machine at the bar. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Observed no towels or drying device at the handwashing sink at the bar at the time of inspection.

3717-1-06.2(B) / Handwashing cleanser - availability.
Observed no soap at handwashing sink at the bar at the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Observed no thermometer in the cooler at the bar and the walk in cooler in the kitchen. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

Observed the lid of the ice machine not opening and closing properly. PIC stated a new lid was ordered to be replaced. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Observed the hand sinks at the bar and kitchen, the prep sink in the kitchen and the 3 compartmnet sink in the kitchen needing cleaning. Also observed the mop sink needing cleaned and repainted. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed build up and debris in the Berg coolers at the bar, in the prep cooler in the kitchen and inside the smoker. The table next to the smoker also needs cleaning. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed the stove in the kitchen rusty. Also observed the floor and ceiling of the walk in cooler rusty. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed the floor drain in the kitchen without cover. PIC had the the cover but cover needs to be properly sealed to the drain. Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed build up on the floor and walls of the mop sink room. Also observed the floor of the kitchen needing cleaning. Facility not maintained clean.

3717-1-06.1(C) / Floor and wall junctures - coved, and enclosed or sealed.
Observed no coving on the floor and wall juncture at the seating area accros the bar. Floor and wall junctures not properly coved or closed and/or floor drains not provided.

Observed no protective shielding on the light in the mop sink room.
