3717-1-04.4(N)(4) / Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization (other) - proper sanitization achieved
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed sanitizer buckets to not achieve proper concentration of quaternary ammonium sanitizer during the time of inspection. The license holder did not demonstrate achieved sanitization while using a solution other than chlorine, quaternary ammonium or iodine. PIC had employee remake the sanitizer bucket so proper level was achieved.

3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed chicken sitting at room temperature for too long during the time of inspection. Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. PIC discarded the chicken.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Observed torn gaskets on both milk coolers along with ice build-up in the milk coolers during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed both hand wishing sinks to be leaking when turned on during the time of inspection. Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired.
