| Received a complaint in regards to North Central Correctional Institute taking peoples trays of food after they had been eaten off of, and re-serving foods to different inmates. Upon further investigating, after speaking with the director and the food service coordinator, it is not possible for food to be re-served to the inmates due to the location of the serving and discarding line. This complaint was not valid. |
