| Complainant stated being at this facility on 12/28 and observed food employee handling money at the register and going back to making and handling food without putting on gloves and observed another food employee with gloves handling money and going back to making food without changing gloves. Complainant also stated observing debris on kitchen floor and around he prep area and observed pizza pan fall on the floor and be reused without washing. Did not observe complainant statement about hand washing and change of gloves at the time of inspection. Observed the kitchen floor and prep area clean at the time of inspection. Talked to PIC about changing gloves and washing hands after handling money and before returning to work. Also talked to PIC about cleaning dishes that have been dropped on the floor before reusing them. Reviewed cleaning frequency of the kitchen floor and prep area with PIC. No violation regarding the complaint was noted at the time of inspection. |
