Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed dirty dished sitting on the handwashing sink. PIC moved dishes so handsink was accessible. Handwashing sink not accessible.

3717-1-04.4(N)(3) / Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization (quaternary ammonium) - temp., pH, concentration, and hardness
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed low concentration of QUAT sanitizer at the 3bay sink. PIC drained sinka nd refilled to achieve proper concentration. Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Corrected During Inspection Did not observe a thermometer in the chicken cooler. PIC placed thermometer in unit. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-04.8(E)(3) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - storage.
Corrected During Inspection Observed lids at the drive thru pop machine not protected from contamination. PIC flipped all lids over. Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed the top of the microwave to have build up. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
