Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a build up of debris in the ice machine at the time of inspection. PIC removed and disposed of the ice in the machine and cleaned it out thoroughly. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.

Corrected During Inspection Observed mop being stored in mop bucket at the time of inspection. PIC hung the mop up to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.
