Repeat Observed the light not working in the dry storage. Light bulb needs replaced. Light intensity less than ten foot candles in required areas.

| Did not observe mouse during the inspection but observed mouse droppings in the facility. Facility still has mouse traps around the kitchen and storage areas. PIC stated pest control company is still coming to the facility to monitor and control the issue of the rodents. Talked to PIC about cleaning the droppings frequently as well as the kitchen floor and equipment to monitor and reduce the presence and activity of the rodents. Last report of the pest control company visit to the facility was provided during inspection. |
