3717-1-03.2(M) / Wiping cloths - use limitation.
Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths. Observed wiping cloths at the serving lines stored in soapy water instead of sanitizer. PIC emptied them and refilled them with sanitizer. PIC talked to employees about filling buckets with sanitizer.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed condensation on the ceiling by the vents of the walk in freezer and the milk and produce walk in cooler.
