Observed multiple fans throughout the facility with a accumulation of debris at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed three Vulcan steamers no in use in the kitchen area at the time of inspeciton. PIC plans on removing them from the premises. Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed missing ceiling tiles in the dishwashing area at the time of inspection. PIC has informed maintenance. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.
