Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed large boxes and donut racks in front of the front handwashing station during the time of inspection. Handwashing sink not accessible. PIC moved the items.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Nitro coffee was not being held at the proper temperature during the time of inspection. TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. PIC had entire cooler shut down until it is fixed and contents of cooler thrown out.

Did not observe a thermometer in the reach-in cooler containing the whipped cream during the time of inspection. Food thermometer not readily accessible.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed ice-scoop to be stored improperly during the time of inspection. In-use utensils improperly stored. PIC placed it in the correct spot.

Observed cooler door with the nitro and cold brew to be damaged during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
