Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed hot dogs, cheese, and ground beef in the downstair coolers without date marking.

Repeat No soap at handwashing sink(s) in the kitchen downstair..

Food thermometer not readily accessible. Did not observe a thermometer in the downstair cooler.

Clean equipment and utensils not stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted in the kitchen downstair.

Repeat Equipment and/or components not maintained. Did not observe three drain plugs for the 3 bay in both kitchen. Observed 2 in the upstair kitchen and 1 in the downstair kitchen. To ensure proper dishwasing, 3 drain plugs need to be used.

Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed the use of non-commercial equipments (microwaves, toaster, crockpot, panini press, fridge/freezer).

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build up on the dish sprayer nozzle in the downstair kitchen.

Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed the handsink in the downstair kicthen not draining properly.

Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed ceiling tiles in the upstair kitchen needing repaired.
