| We went to the facility on 5/23 and 7/9 and talked to the manager about the utility line that needs fixing. Manager stated plans have been approved by corporate to have it fixed and they are waiting for approval to begin the work. We went to the facility today and talked to the manager who stated corporate approved the work to begin. Manager stated work should start within 2 weeks to get the issue fixed. Another follow inspection will be conducted within 2 weeks. |
