Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed tater tots and hamburgers hot holding below 135°F in one of the warming units. PIC will use time as a public health factor and discard the food 4 hours after it was removed from proper temperature control. PIC will also add hot meal items to their existing time as a public health control policy. TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature.
