3717-1-04(A) / Multiuse utensils and food contact surfaces - material characteristics.
Repeat Equipment and/or utensils improper construction. Observed the cutting board at the sub station that needs to be replaced. PIC stated a new board will be coming up.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build up on the walk in cooler vents and ceileing around the vents.

3717-1-05.4(F)(1) / Outside receptacles - tight fitting lids
Repeat Outdoor refuse containers without tight fitting lids, doors, or covers. Observed the outside dumpster lids not tight fitting. Dumpster lids need repair/replacement.
