Observed broken seals on multiple heating and cooling boxes on the line. PIC has put a work order in to replace them. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed fan vent covers and fan covers throughout the kitchen and line area with an accumulation of debris at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.

3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Observed peeling paint on the floor of the wash room area at the time of inspection. Floors are not smooth and easily cleanable.
