Corrected During Inspection Did not observe a thermomter in some of the food cases. PIC put one in them. Food thermometer not readily accessible.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed dust build up on the fan covers of the dairy wak in cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.1(I) / Light bulbs - protective shielding.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed a missing light cover in the dry storage at the bakery. PIC showed the light cover that has been bought to be replaced. No protective shielding on lights.
