Comments
Complainant stated the manager does not follow sanitary protocol. Single service items (cups, lids) fall on the floor and get rinsed off then served to customers. Wet tea bags are being used. Utensils are not properly washed, rinsed and sanitized after they fall on the floor.

Conducted an inspection. The manager stated anything that falls on the floor is either thrown in the waste bucket or taken back to the 3 bay sink. I talked to several employee's to see what is done with things that are dropped on the floor. All employee's said things are thrown away or taken to the 3 bay sink.
