Observed a torn gasket on the sandwich station cooler. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Repeat Observed a build-up of debris on cooler and freezer gaskets, inside coolers and freezers, and on the vent covers in the walk-in cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed a broken pipe underneath the dishwash sprayer, leaking faucets in the staff restroom and on the mop sink, and low water pressure in the customer restrooms. Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired.
