| Complainant stated employee at this at facility has open wounds/sores on hands and was not wearing gloves. Talked to the manager about the complaint. Manager stated an employee has hands condition that sometimes make them swollen or wounded but the employee usually wears gloves when working with food. Employee was not present at the time of inspection. Did not observe employee with wounds/sores at the time of inspection. Talked to the manager about making sure any food employee with open wounds/sores wears single-use gloves with an impermeable cover if needed. Single-use glove has to be worn over the impermeable cover. No violation regarding the complaint was noted at the time of inspection. |
