Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the 3 bay sink to have the improper concentration of sanitizer at the time of inspection. PIC drained the sink and retested to meet the proper concentration. Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the ice machine to have build up and debris. PIC cleaned and sanitized the ice machine on site during the inspection. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.
