| Received a complaint on 8/6/23 in regards to a slippery floor in front of the dining room soda machine, food underneath tables and booths, dirty tables and seats, dirty soda machine, a towel being wrapped around one of the toilets, and employees not wearing hair nets. After visiting the facility and reviewing the areas of the complaint, there was found to be two non-critical violations: a toilet in the women's restroom needing repaired and a non-contact food surface near the bottom of the soda machine that needed cleaned. In regards to the other complaint items, the surfaces on and underneath the tables, booths, and chairs were acceptable. Employees had their hair restrained. There was a rug in front of the soda machine during the time of inspection, so it was not slippery. However, the PIC said that there was a leak in that area the night before the complaint, so it may have still been slippery the day of the complaint due to the spill. There were no critical violations at the time of the complaint inspection. |
