Corrected During Inspection Observed the health lock on the food cooler not locking when the PIC commanded it to lock via the system's app on the PIC's phone. After several tries and some adjustment to the bracket, the PIC was finally able to get it to lock accordingly. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
