3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Corrected During Inspection Observed missing thermometer in the new True cooler at the time of inspection. PIC placed on in there. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed a 2 door fridge not in use in the coffee making area at the time of inspection. PIC stated they are waiting on a part to repair it. No TCS foods were being stored in there. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Corrected During Inspection Observed an accumulation of dust on the vent cover above the ice machine area and in the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. PIC had an employee clean them. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed an accumulation of debris on the nozzels of the heat treating ice cream machine at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build up of debris on the floor by the egg grill at the time of inspection. Facility not maintained clean.
