| Complainant stated employees at this facility are not wearing gloves, the cook does not wear gloves, employees do not wash their hands, employees do not properly wear the face mask and do not sanitize tables. We talked to the PIC about the complaint. Observed employees wearing face mask at the time of inspection. Two employees face mask were not fitting well and were improperly worn. Talked to these employees about wearing face masks that fit properly. Employees changed their face mask and masks were properly worn. Observed employees and cook wearing gloves and washing hands during inspection. PIC stated employees wash their hands frequently and as needed/required. PIC showed sanitizer used to clean tables and PIC stated tables are sanitized in between customers and as needed or required. No violation was noted. |
